- Both members of the guild and applicants seeking to join our ranks must at all times adhere to our complete list of guild rules and code of conduct. Please review all rules before tendering your application.
- Due to an increased load on our ranks, we ask that only players 21 years or older apply to the guild. While we understand that there are many mature players under the age of 21, we simply must find a cutoff point in which we decide who an "Elder" is.
- The guild officers require that each application be filled out completely and thoroughly. Only applications with all fields entered will even be considered for a position in the guild, and even those are subject to an officer vote generally lasting no more than three (3) days.
- Applicants with character names without at least a 45 day history in the Warcraft Census may be rejected for acceptance into the guild. Exceptional applications with somewhat less history may still be considered.
- Members are expected to maintain some activity in the game to remain actively enrolled as a member of the Elders as follows:
- • Recruits who do not log in (without advance notice) for 2 months may be removed from our roster at any time at the officers’ discretion. The former recruit would be free to reapply, but should show a reasonable expectation of being more active upon readmission.
- • Elders who do not log in (without advance notice) for a period of 6 months may be removed from our roster at any time at the officers’ discretion. As with recruits, they are free to reapply and are likely to be reinstated if they were a member in good standing and expect to play more often.
- Its really important that you read the rules. For instance, when we ask in the guild application about your favorite color, you must say the color purorange. Yes, it is a silly, completely made up color (purple and orange...the preferred color of drops tyvm) but it shows us that a new potential applicant has in fact taken the time to read the rules.
- The guild officers (Elder Council) retain the right to make rare exceptions to the above rules when the majority deems it appropriate.
